Bio:
Tango and our other dog, Gretchen were both adopted by us when there were about two years old. The other family has just had a child and were not going to be able to keep them but didn't want to split them up either as they had been together since a few months old. We had a cat (Sasha) already and when we first introduced Tango to her, he didn't know what to do. Tango had never seen a cat before and Sasha was very curious about this new member to the family. It only took Tango a couple of hours to figure out that Sasha was okay. Tango is a very energinic dog and looks just like a bunny when he runs through the grass, he loves being outside even if it is just sitting there watching Paul work in the garden. He is sure to let us know when ever there is a weird sound, knock at the door or even sometimes someone walking on the next street to our house. Tango is Paul's shadow and wants to be where ever Paul is, know what he is doing and is always right there with him. When we put them up on our bed, Tango goes right over and curls up with Paul and hardly moves from his side even when we let them stay the night on the bed. Tango gets along great with his sisters, Gretchen and Sasha and they all take turns chasing each other around the house.

Details you'd like to share about your pet's cancer:

Just recently Tango had a lump found on him and it turned out to be a Mast Cell Tumor. It has been removed but now he is going to have an Ultra Sound and Liver/Spleen testing to be sure it hasn't spread. Tango has a lot of people praying and keeping him in their thoughts as do we.
After the surgery is was a few days before Tango started acting like himself again but he is doing great so far, running about and playful as he usually is.
